The opener came early, in the 15th minute, when Ferran Torres struck with a classy finish after a backheel assist from Dani Olmo.

Torres doubled the lead before halftime, this time latching onto a perfect through ball from Raphinha to make it two–nil.

In the second half, substitute Marcus Rashford made an instant impact, driving down the wing and setting up Dani Olmo, who sealed the victory with a third goal in the 63rd minute.

Final score: Barcelona 3, Getafe 0.
